Caring Friends, Inc. undergirds efforts to serve, support and encourage the at-risk to realize their God given potential.
We initiate these partnerships::
1. Best Reader/Most Improved Reader program in elementary schools, and support a refugee student mentoring effort by Rice University students.
2. A 5th Ward biblically based job training class tied to promising employment opportunities with Brand Energy Services
3. Rice University Community Service Award: for an outstanding collegian who gives back to those at risk
4. Refugee children/youth who give evidence of hard work, good attitudes to overcome their challenges.
5. Medical students and Global Health mission award grants
